    The mission of Environment, Energy, and Resources Section is to be the premier forum for lawyers working in areas related to the environment, natural resources, and energy. The Section is committed to providing members with opportunities to enhance professional skills, stay on top of developments and to participate in dialogue in these substantive areas. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA defines environmental justice as: "The fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies.".
